Alright, now we’re going to start on the rear shock and obviously we need to take the wheel off first and then we’ll get to the attachment points, relatively easy compared to the front. No spring to deal with on this one. Let’s go ahead and get started.

Alright, so on this, we’ve actually got the bottom nut and bolt that holds it to the rear hub and we’ve got just 2 nuts up in here with studs and we’ll go ahead and get those out. Like I said, this one’s a relatively easy job.

Alright, we’re going to go ahead and pry the bottom loose here. Full shock assembly should drop right out. Lift up. And there you go. Next we’ll just take the top mount off, replace the shock. Place the dust boot. Everything goes back in just like that.

Alright, we’re going to put out new assembly back together here with our dust boot that is hooked over the bottom, and our bumpstop go on top like that. Cap over the top of that.

The assembly goes in just like the old one came out. Bottom first.

Rear shocks!
